Verde Hills sits on the western edge of Benbrook with homes built mostly from the late 1960s through the 1980s. Many feature masonry chimneys tied into brick or stone exteriors on sloped lots. Servanta Edge reaches these streets directly from our base at 7901 Camp Bowie W Blvd and handles the settling cracks and flue damage common after decades of exposure to North Texas wind and occasional heavy rain.
Access in Verde Hills often means working around mature trees and narrow driveways on hillsides that drain toward Dutch Branch. Crews bring equipment sized for these conditions rather than assuming flat suburban lots. We focus on mortar joints, crown repairs, and liner checks that match the age and construction style found on Verde Hills Drive and adjacent streets.
Seasonal temperature swings here stress chimney flashing where roofs meet brick. Homeowners along Whitestone and nearby cul-de-sacs see the same pattern of separation after summer heat followed by winter fronts. Servanta Edge schedules around these cycles with 24/7 availability for urgent issues.

Chimney Repair in Verde Hills — Local Notes
- •Homes on Verde Hills Drive and surrounding streets sit on clay-heavy soil that shifts with wet-dry cycles, pulling chimney bases out of plumb over time.
- •Mature oak cover and sloped lots limit crane access, so repairs often require scaffolding staged from the street rather than backyard setups.
- •North-facing chimneys in this pocket receive more wind-driven rain, accelerating crown erosion compared to flatter sections of Benbrook.
- •Many original flues here were built for wood-burning fireplaces and now need stainless liners when homeowners convert to gas inserts.
